Terms
VoRoute confirms cash-on-delivery orders by phone before they ship. These terms cover the public site and a pilot arranged with Ayush Mishra.
This website
voroute.com describes the product. It does not take payment, and it does not start calling by itself. A pilot is arranged directly.
Orders a store sends
A store may send only an order it is allowed to confirm, to the phone number on that order. VoRoute is not a channel for promotions or for numbers the store did not collect for that purchase.
The store is responsible for the order it sends. VoRoute attempts the confirmation and records a result: confirmed, declined, or unclear. A call can go unanswered. This page does not promise that every call will be answered.
Acceptable use
Do not use VoRoute to harass, or to place calls for a brand the caller does not operate. Ayush Mishra may stop a pilot that is used that way.
