Calling notice
A VoRoute call has one job: ask if a cash-on-delivery order should ship.
Who is called
Only the phone number on that order. The number comes from the store’s checkout, not from a purchased list.
What is said
The call is in Hindi or Hinglish. It names the customer and the amount, then asks: “Kya aap yeh order confirm karna chahenge? Haan ya na.”
What it is not
It is not a promotional campaign or a survey. Attempts stop at three. The result is confirmed, declined, or unclear.
